I use the phrase EAT THE RAINBOW on a daily basis …. it means eat foods EVERY DAY which represent EVERY COLOUR of the rainbow.
Fueling up on a variety of brightly coloured fruits and vegetables (which are full of VITAMINS and nutrients) will leave you LOOKING & FEELING more VIBRANT.
Today’s food rainbow: Red pepper, navel orange, lemon, kale, blueberries & blackberries … hey, you can squeeze that all into a morning smoothie and call it a day!
