Commit to and be accountable to yourself … but if you need support to achieve your goals don’t be afraid to ask … a friend, family member, practitioner, computer, app … whatever it takes to get you where you want to go!

I borrowed a fitness tracker and am finding it’s a great way to keep track of my activity and to stay motivated. You can even link with friends and ‘challenge’ them to a friendly daily, 5-day or weekend competition.
