Sarah Schmocker is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine who is passionately dedicated to assisting individuals and their families achieve their health and wellness goals using a natural approach to health care. Sarah has clinical experience treating a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions, including digestive concerns, pain management, hormonal imbalances, allergies, dermatological concerns, weight management, insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, and balancing immunity.

In her general family practice she enjoys working with people of all ages and stages of life from pre-conception and beyond. She works with each client to tailor a unique treatment program that is natural, safe and effective, using evidence-based naturopathic therapies such as acupuncture, clinical nutrition, and botanical medicine.

Sarah strives to promote healing by educating and inspiring individuals to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle focused on disease prevention. She believes that appropriate nutrition, optimal digestion, ample exercise, and adequate sleep comprise the essential building blocks of health. These key framework elements must be in place in order to lay the foundation of health and will serve as a stable platform upon which your optimal state of health can be built.

Sarah is a fully qualified Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is licensed in Ontario by The College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She is an active professional member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors.

Sarah currently practices at Fallingbrook Wellness on Kingston Rd. and Balance Health Group on Queen St. East in the Toronto Beaches community. She enjoys reading, speaking, and writing about health-related issues. When she is not working, you will likely find her jogging on the boardwalk in the beaches, playing tennis at riverdale park, or on the swing-set in the playground with her two wonderful sons.
